About Us

Foglight Investigations is owned and managed by Art Tilis, an investigator with years of experience as a police officer in the Bay Area. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Art spent years as a detective, training instructor, and Terrorism Liaison Officer working with the FBI to keep our area safe.


As a former semi-pro athlete, Art's activities as a police officer included guarding individuals, crowd control, and providing security for major events and venues.
